Return Policy

Automatic Appliance Parts honors all manufacturer's warranty parts replacement programs, but proper documentation is required for warranty replacements. All non-electrical parts may be returned for a refund, but are subject to quality control authorization & may be subject to a restocking fee. There are no returns or exchanges on any electrical parts.

Shipping Policy

Automatic Appliance Parts offers 4 different options for Retail customers: Ground, 2nd Day, Next Day, and Will-Call (Local Pick-Up). All orders are subject to additional charges for large or oversized items. Customers will be contacted if additional charges are required.

$12.00 : Approximate delivery time for in-stock parts: 1 to 5 business days

UPS 2nd Day Flat-Rate Shipping
$25.00 : Approximate delivery time for in-stock parts: 1 to 2 business days

UPS Next Day Air Flat-Rate Shipping
$35.00 : Approximate delivery time for in-stock parts: 1 day

Will-Call (Local Pick-Up)
$0.00 : You may select the store you wish to pick-up the part from. Parts may only be picked-up immediately for items stocked at a specific location.
