Lake Shore Drive, this cruise lasts from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The boat sets sail out of the Chicago port and features a variety of fun activities.

Cocktails will also be available for parents to enjoy. The Easter Oratorio

The Easter Oratorio is a fun adventure for adults and children alike. There are three different versions of this Oratorio, a sacred variation related to the lost secular cantata "Entfliehet, Ihr Sorge, Verschwindet." Other events include music of the Baroque period, which includes McGill Plays Mozart and Classical Heroines. The imaginative and energetic concepts make for a truly unique experience, and the programs available ensure kids and adults alike have fun. This is the perfect option if you have a music or history buff in your family, and you can find this museum at 205 E. Randolph Drive.

Easter Egg-Stravaganza

The Easter Egg-Stravaganza, located in Lincoln Park Zoo at 2234 N. Cannon St., is a great option for children who love both animals and searching for Easter eggs. Some of the various events you can look forward to include several different egg hunts based on age, photos with the Easter bunny and other spring characters, outdoor games and activities, fun music, and free passes to a number of different rides in the zoo. No matter how old your children's are, they're sure to have a good time at the Easter Egg-Stravaganza.

Egg hunts are divided into two different egg hunt zones. One zone is for ages 3 and under, and another is designated for children 4 and older. Tickets are first come, first served, so be sure to reserve your spot ahead of time. The zoo provides an estimated 15 eggs per child and asks that everyone is respectful toward one another when egg hunting. You'll need to bring your own Easter egg basket or bag for the egg hunting event.
